Located in Clinton Corners, New York, Wild Hive Farm is a bakery, cafe owned and operated by Don Lewis, a former bee keeper, (hence the name Wild Hive!). This is a unique agricultural business that combines milling of local, organic grains with the making of bread. Check out Don’s website to appreciate the scope of this unique endeavor in the Hudson Valley. Don is a frequent contributor to NOFA-NY’s educational programs and field days.
