The Slow Food Upper Delaware River Valley Chapter and The Upper Delaware River Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation have partnered to bring traditional cooking classes to the Region.
The third of this 5 part series focuses on raw milk and cultured dairy products which are now available from farms in Pennsylvania and New York along the Delaware River.
Learn about the health benefits of raw milk and cultured dairy and some easy preparations you can make yourself. Learn the ways our local cows are fed and managed that bring you these delicious local products in a sustainable manner from the farmers that care for these beautiful animals.
Session includes a light lunch and potlucks are welcome too!
