10:00-11:00 Get Approval: Making sure your food product is safeMany food products require review and approval by a food safety expert called a Process Authority. The NYS Food Venture Center at Cornell University provides process authority services. The path to approval requires review of formulations, container and storage requirements, and processing methods.
